A unique senior level opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative, and progressive business and lead and evolve the commercial function through a period of growth.
Working directly with senior internal and external stakeholders, you will support the development of marketing/monetisation initiatives, whilst implementing scalable commercial operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Setting group commercial strategy at a high level, concluding deals, and monitoring performance against benchmarks
Overseeing market changes with in-house legal support, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing regular reports to management
Facilitating the bridge between finance, commercial, data and analytics to ensure a data-led and insight-driven commercial approach
Ensuring all systems and tools within the commercial remit are working effectively to service the collaborative needs of the business
Ensuring technology-enabled scalable commercial operations are in place
Experience and skills required:
At least 5 years in an equivalent position
Strong background in effectively building, managing, and maintaining relationships with clients and key partners
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing commercial strategy to a highly successful end
In-depth knowledge and experience in a digital, online, or tech-enabled environment
Highly analytical, allowing data led decision making
Ability to instigate change to react quickly to growth and changing market conditions
