This is a unique opportunity for an individual with proven finance industry experience, specifically with private equity and real estate fund structures, to join a fast-paced environment where people are valued and listened to, and hard work is rewarded.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day to day planning and delivery of new client and investor onboarding or transitions, across multiple jurisdictions
Acting as project lead for the delivery of a variety of client transition initiatives
Identifying opportunities to improve client service
Acting as a point of escalation for more complex queries regarding the onboarding process
Providing management information for new client/investor onboarding statistics
Assisting with the set up and approval of new workflows within core systems.
Experience and skills required:
At least 5-8 years’ financial services experience, including extensive knowledge of real estate and private equity fund structures
Hold a recognised professional qualification
Good understanding of currently industry AML/CFT handbook legislation, regulations and operating practices and also good knowledge of GDPR practices
Strong commitment to client delivery excellence
Previous experience in a project/change role would be an advantage, but is not essential
