Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of private wealth clients, ensuring excellent client services levels at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and administering a portfolio of private clients, ensuring relationships and transactions are managed to a high standard  

  • Identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposal documents and attending pitches

  • Assisting with take on procedures  

  • Actively developing and motivating a team and providing technical support and training

  • Ensuring client expectations are managed and overseeing the day to day activities of your team 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous private wealth experience 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP 

  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

  • Proactive and service-orientated approach 

  • Ability to work well within a team and good attention to detail
