Responsibilities will include:
Proactively managing the client relationships in an allocated portfolio and coordinating all fund and client related matters
Reviewing financial information and coordinating deadlines
Supporting the set up of new structures and designing bespoke services to fit the needs of the client
Providing company secretarial services and acting as an authorised signatory
Assisting Directors with the onboarding process and attending client meetings
Managing the client billing process
Experience and skills required:
Hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a funds, corporate services or real estate environment
Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
Ability to give guidance and assistance to other members of the team
