Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing the client relationships in an allocated portfolio and coordinating all fund and client related matters

  • Reviewing financial information and coordinating deadlines

  • Supporting the set up of new structures and designing bespoke services to fit the needs of the client 

  • Providing company secretarial services and acting as an authorised signatory

  • Assisting Directors with the onboarding process and attending client meetings 

  • Managing the client billing process

Experience and skills required:

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) 

  • Previous experience working in a funds, corporate services or real estate environment 

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness 

  • Ability to give guidance and assistance to other members of the team
