Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for client queries and requests

  • Sharing technical knowledge with the rest of the team and providing mentoring

  • Building strong working relationships with clients to ensure a quality service is delivered

  • Preparing for and conducting client meetings and producing board minutes

  • Keeping up to date with industry changes and standards

  • Assisting with onboarding processes and carrying out client due diligence

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in a similar role

  • Ideally professionally qualified (ICSA/STEP/ACCA)

  • Sound knowledge of the Jersey finance industry

  • Strong people management skills and a positive attitude

  • Desire to build and maintain technical skills
