Responsibilities will include:
Acting as first point of contact for client queries and requests
Sharing technical knowledge with the rest of the team and providing mentoring
Building strong working relationships with clients to ensure a quality service is delivered
Preparing for and conducting client meetings and producing board minutes
Keeping up to date with industry changes and standards
Assisting with onboarding processes and carrying out client due diligence
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in a similar role
Ideally professionally qualified (ICSA/STEP/ACCA)
Sound knowledge of the Jersey finance industry
Strong people management skills and a positive attitude
Desire to build and maintain technical skills
