As Client Services Administrator you will provide administrative support, processing payments, collecting data and answering enquiries in order to enable the delivery a consistent, compliant, high-quality service.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with statutory payments, ensuring all companies are compliant with regulatory requirements
Compiling and submitting annual returns
Supporting the set-up of new companies and trusts and account openings
Preparing reports and statistics
Taking minutes and instructions from client meetings and ensuring these are actioned
Experience and skills required:
Ideally have at least 1 year experience in fiduciary administration
Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Ability to work well within a team
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work towards deadlines
