As Client Services Administrator you will provide administrative support, processing payments, collecting data and answering enquiries in order to enable the delivery a consistent, compliant, high-quality service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with statutory payments, ensuring all companies are compliant with regulatory requirements 

  • Compiling and submitting annual returns

  • Supporting the set-up of new companies and trusts and account openings

  • Preparing reports and statistics 

  • Taking minutes and instructions from client meetings and ensuring these are actioned 

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally have at least 1 year experience in fiduciary administration 

  • Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification 

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work towards deadlines
