​Working collaboratively and effectively as part of the client development team in a forward thinking, positive and creative environment, you will have responsibility for all client management related activities, ensuring an optimised client experience is delivered at all times.

As Client Service Manager you will oversee the implementation of a global service model and ensure a consistent top-quality client experience is delivered worldwide, monitoring client satisfaction and identifying areas for potential improvement and client satisfaction. You will hold the relationship predominantly with private equity (PE) fund clients, and therefore it is essential that candidates have previous private equity client portfolio/relationship experience and understand PE operating models.
