Work collaboratively and effectively as part of the client development team in a forward thinking, positive and creative environment, with responsibility for all client management related activities, ensuring an optimised client experience is delivered at all times.
As Client Service Manager you will oversee the implementation of a global service model and ensure a consistent top-quality client experience is delivered worldwide, monitoring client satisfaction and identifying areas for potential improvement and client satisfaction. You will hold the relationship predominantly with private equity (PE) fund clients, and therefore it is essential that candidates have previous private equity client portfolio/relationship experience and understand PE operating models.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing client reviews, due diligence visits and questionnaires
Managing communication to clients
Initiating and regularly reviewing service level agreements
Assisting with client-related projects, including on-boarding project governance
Ensuring proper coordination of relationships with third parties related to client activity
Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to service development initiatives
Experience and skills required:
Industry knowledge, particularly investment operations/securities industry, with a key focus on private equity entities
Holds a relevant professional qualification relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities services
Ability to work well in a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
