As Client Service Director in a forward thinking and global financial services organisation, you will play a key role in the continued success of the company, helping to develop new products and services whilst contributing to the client strategy.

You will be responsibility for all client management related activities, ensuring an optimised client experience is delivered at all times.

​Working collaboratively as part of the global client development team, you will oversee the implementation of a global service model and ensure a consistent top-quality client experience is delivered worldwide, monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for potential improvement.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong working relationships with clients, ensuring a full understanding of client needs

  • Organising regular service performance reviews with clients and gaining feedback

  • Managing client reviews, audits and due diligence and client visits

  • Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to service development initiatives

  • Acting as client relationship lead for assigned clients and assisting with the onboarding process

Experience and skills required:

  • Good industry knowledge of the fund administration/securities industry

  • Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities services

  • Persuasive negotiator

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently using own initiative

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
