Within this client-facing role you will be responsible for all aspects of administration for a group of real estate and private equity funds, including the establishment of new fund structures, due diligence on new and existing investors and preparation and review of board materials. You will need to work closely with individual team members in order to ensure timely production of high-quality materials and responses to client queries.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as primary contact for the client and directors of relevant boards 

  • Support the training and development of a team of fund administrators

  • Liaising with lawyers, other administrators and regulatory authorities in relation to ad hoc transactions 

  • Assisting with queries

  • Carrying out due diligence on new and existing clients 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience working in a funds environment 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW 

  • An awareness of general UK tax principles

  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
