A local software provider is currently seeking a proactive individual with strong client-facing skills to join their team on a maternity cover contract from July 2022 to March 2023.
This is an exciting and varied role where no two days will be the same. You will contribute towards the success of the company by managing the day to day operations and nurturing relationships with the existing client base and new business.
If you have previous management experience, confident communication skills and an interest in technology, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities will include:
Organising demos and overseeing the client onboarding process
Supporting the invoice and billing process
Assisting with business development and digital marketing
Overseeing development roll-outs and managing the support function
Experience and skills required:
Confident customer service and negotiation skills
Payroll legislation knowledge would be an advantage however not essential
An interest in technology and ability to quickly pick up systems
Previous people management experience
Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
