You will identify business development opportunities and be a source of technical expertise for colleagues and build strong working relationships with existing and prospective clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a trust professional who has comprehensive knowledge of and a proven track record in offshore fiduciary services, to make a difference to this independent trust company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a Director of all subsidiary companies and a member of management committees 

  • Having overall responsibility for all aspects of client relationships

  • Actively networking outside of the business to develop potential business opportunities and encouraging staff to identify new business opportunities with existing clients

  • Travelling to meet new and existing clients, developing new markets and nurturing long term business relations 

  • Working with the Board to develop the annual budget and analyse company performance 

  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes, managing queries and assisting with the set-up of new clients

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in fiduciary services, including a at least 5 years’ senior management experience

  • Previous real estate and business development experience

  • Member of a relevant professional body

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Knowledge of local compliance issues and the regulatory framework 

  • Sound judgement and decision making skills
