Responsibilities will include:
Acting as a Director of all subsidiary companies and a member of management committees
Having overall responsibility for all aspects of client relationships
Actively networking outside of the business to develop potential business opportunities and encouraging staff to identify new business opportunities with existing clients
Travelling to meet new and existing clients, developing new markets and nurturing long term business relations
Working with the Board to develop the annual budget and analyse company performance
Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes, managing queries and assisting with the set-up of new clients
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 15 years’ experience in fiduciary services, including a at least 5 years’ senior management experience
Previous real estate and business development experience
Member of a relevant professional body
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills
Knowledge of local compliance issues and the regulatory framework
Sound judgement and decision making skills
