In this role you will provide and promote a superior client experience, and work collaboratively with the client relationship teams, providing assistance with data management and fund system operations. You will support the ongoing data management of the client/investor lifecycle, by ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with data reviews, reporting and migrations for client platforms
Working closely with the operations team and client facing teams to understand fund structures, from a system setup perspective
Assisting with the onboarding of clients
Carrying out tests for new system releases
Assisting with queries related to platforms such as Investran and data storage
Experience and skills required:
Hold or be currently working towards a professional qualification (ICSA/CGI)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the finance industry, within funds or data management
Team player and a willingness to learn
Proactive approach to tasks
An understanding of GDPR and risks associate with storing personal/sensitive data
