​This is a great opportunity to join the private clients team in an independent trustee and corporate administration firm, providing a high quality service to meet the needs of both the client and business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing specialist functions on own allocated caseload, only referring unusual or more difficult problems when necessary

  • Enhancing and maintaining client relationships for own caseload, ensuring a quality service is delivered

  • Planning and prioritising your own workload and that of immediate colleagues to ensure that target/deadlines are achieved

  • Ensuring client requests are dealt with in accordance with the firm’s service standards

  • Training/working with junior colleagues in the performance of tasks and procedures in your given specialisation

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within trust, preferably private clients

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks when dealing with a high volume of work

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP

  • Flexible working approach with a focus on client satisfaction

  • Proof of working on own initiative along with a high degree of accuracy
