Responsibilities will include:
Performing specialist functions on own allocated caseload, only referring unusual or more difficult problems when necessary
Enhancing and maintaining client relationships for own caseload, ensuring a quality service is delivered
Planning and prioritising your own workload and that of immediate colleagues to ensure that target/deadlines are achieved
Ensuring client requests are dealt with in accordance with the firm’s service standards
Training/working with junior colleagues in the performance of tasks and procedures in your given specialisation
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience within trust, preferably private clients
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks when dealing with a high volume of work
Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP
Flexible working approach with a focus on client satisfaction
Proof of working on own initiative along with a high degree of accuracy
