Within this role you will manage the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of employee incentive arrangements. You will also maintain a wide and detailed knowledge and understanding of company and trust administration generally, to include money laundering, compliance and relevant legislation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with strong interpersonal skills to maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ideally you will also have a strong awareness of marketing opportunities and an appreciation of the importance of financial management issues. Flexible working between home and the office will be supported.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day to day administration of a varied portfolio of EBT structures

  • Assisting the Senior Client Manager in ensuring that group workloads are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

  • Developing and maintaining close working relationships with clients, providing innovative and practical answers to client queries and being alert to both commercial concerns and technical accuracy

  • Working with the senior management team to develop innovative and practical solutions for clients

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience within a similar role

  • Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma, CIB, STEP Diploma)

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Professional manner and ability to work within a team

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
