Responsibilities will include:
Acting as a point of contact for internal partners and colleagues with queries regarding day to day banking and administration requirements
Building strong knowledge of the lifecycle of a client relationship, including understanding relationship management methodologies and how to build trust
Assisting with support requests and acting as a point of escalation to resolve potential risk issues
Ensuring regulatory requirements are met at all times
Providing feedback to colleagues on training needs to enhance and support client service and processes
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience building relationships with clients
Experience managing internal working relationships and influencing partners
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
