As Team Leader you will oversee a team responsible for ensuring investor re-certification schedules are completed on time and assisting with processing client due diligence and resolving queries. You will also have management responsibilities, overseeing team workloads, delivering training and coaching.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking the lead on investor recertification schedules, ensuring these are completed to deadlines 

  • Acting as a key point of contact with regards to due diligence policy and procedure related questions

  • Reviewing and validating AML/KYC files, performing 4 eye checks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards 

  • Overseeing the team mailbox and escalating enquiries, if required 

  • Recording, tracking and resolving queries in relation to account maintenance 

  • Managing team workloads and undertaking performance appraisals

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ due diligence experience  

  • Confident understanding of local regulatory standards, including an awareness of FATCA

  • Either hold or currently working towards a professional qualification in AML or CDD 

  • Excellent team management skills or a strong desire to progress your career and manage a team

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
