Contribute to the growth and success of an entrepreneurial fiduciary business, leading the client facing activity and managing a team of direct reports, ensuring a high level of client service is consistently provided.
In this senior level role, you will deputise for the Managing Director as required and be responsible for growing your own portfolio of clients by actively engaging in business development activities.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the client relationships associated with your administration team
Ensuring team targets are met and all statutory records and company registers are accurately maintained
Acting as key point of contact on technical matters and providing coaching to the wider team
Identifying and generating new business opportunities and onboarding new client relationships
Acting as an authorised signatory for the business
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 15 years’ trust experience, including experience working on high net worth clients and complex structures
Previous experience leading, coaching and supporting colleagues
Good working knowledge of the regulatory environment
Hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP/ICSA/ACCA)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
