A global leader of fund administration and outsourcing services is seeking a Client Director to join their dynamic client-facing private equity team in a senior management role.
In this role, you will play a key role in contributing to the strategic direction of the business and build strong working relationships with your clients and the wider team.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of client relationships, working collaboratively with the team and offering advice from internal processes
Proactively acting as Director and Alternate Director of client companies, conducting client meetings and contributing to board meetings
Ensuring a quality client service is delivered at all times and in line with agreed service standards
Overseeing the performance of your team and providing regular feedback
Monitoring performance against growth goals and targets and providing reporting
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Good working knowledge of the Channel Islands regulatory environment
Excellent team leadership and client relationship management skills
Ability to understand, inspire and develop others
Effective communicator
