As Client Director, you will take responsible for the management and development of a portfolio of clients in the private client service line. You will also build strong working relationships with clients and oversee the performance of your service line.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Being a board member for one or more of the subsidiaries of the group​

  • ​Supervising all aspects of administration and service for entities administered by the team

  • Attending client meetings and building strong working relationships​

  • ​Taking an active role in sourcing and bringing in new business and also approving new business

  • Overseeing the management and development of staff within the team and actively participating in the recruitment process​

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in fiduciary administration or financial services environment​

  • At least be a Table A per the Codes of Practice in the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 or equivalent in jurisdictions outside Jersey.

  • ​Good technical knowledge of Jersey and foreign tax issues

  • Ability to work using own initiative and make decisions within company policies​

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills​
