In this support role, you will work alongside Client Advisors and their assistants based in the UK and Jersey, whilst having direct client contact. You will also provide transaction and administrative support, to ensure a quality service is delivered at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting Client Advisors in Jersey and the UK
Ensuring administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed accurately
Receiving client security orders on an execution only basis
Carrying out daily transaction processing and assisting with any issues requiring troubleshooting
Building strong working relationships with external and internal clients
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role and confidence dealing on an execution only basis
Hold an RDR (Retail Distribution Review) investment qualification, such as CISI level 4 Investment Advice Diploma or above
Good understanding of financial markets, back office processes and the regulatory framework
Ability to work well within a team and independently, using own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
