This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join the award-winning and fast paced governance services team, with a focus on private equity, to gain exposure to a challenging and complex portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing support with the administration of a diverse portfolio of clients
Ensuring client expectations are managed and a quality service is delivered at all times
Assisting with client transactions, ensuring adherence to deadlines
Accurately maintaining client information
Experience and skills required:
Either hold a professional qualification or be willing to study towards a qualification such as STEP or ICSA
Minimum of 2 years corporate administration experience, ideally with some exposure to private equity
Be a competent computer user with particular experience of working with Microsoft applications and specialist industry software such as Viewpoint, Navision, Worksite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build trusting relationships with both colleagues and clients
