Assist in the continual enhancement of an effective administration function, in an expanding global financial services provider, by contributing ideas and adopting service and operational excellence initiatives, where your hard work and dedication will be rewarded.

Working in an international business environment and global network of offices, this role offers the opportunity to broaden your experience by gaining exposure to all aspects of the business and support your aspirations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering allocated portfolios, ensuring a first-class service is delivered to clients

  • Drafting and preparing relevant documentation for the set up/ closure of entities

  • Organising trustee/ board meetings and distributing board packs to Directors

  • Clearing client reviews using appropriate checklists

  • Building meaningful relationships with clients, intermediaries and third parties to become the first point of contact

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally studying towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment

  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and accuracy 

  • A willingness to learn and a desire for self-improvement
