Join the client accounting team of this innovative and collaborative multi-jurisdictional organisation. Reporting to an Associate Director, you will take responsibility for the management and technical support of a team of Accountants with the support of the existing management team.

With a real estate focus, you will assist the Directors, Managers and Administrators with the timely preparation of clients' financial statements for the international finance business lines, ensuring a high quality service is delivered to clients at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Associate Directors to manage a wide portfolio of real estate investment structures 

  • Providing oversight for task performance of client accounting solutions team members across multiple jurisdictions

  • Involvement in the preparation of consolidated financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Assisting with the budgeting process and monitoring staff workloads 

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance and develop the service provided 

Experience and skills required:

  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience and a particular emphasis on the real estate sector 

  • Good working knowledge and understanding of the accounts preparation process in line with generally accepted accounting standards

  • Solution driven approach to problems 

  • Ability to balance working within a team while also progressing autonomously, using own initiative to pioneer excellent client service

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
