Join the client accounting team of this innovative and collaborative multi-jurisdictional organisation. Reporting to an Associate Director, you will take responsibility for the management and technical support of a team of Accountants with the support of the existing management team.
With a real estate focus, you will assist the Directors, Managers and Administrators with the timely preparation of clients' financial statements for the international finance business lines, ensuring a high quality service is delivered to clients at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting Associate Directors to manage a wide portfolio of real estate investment structures
Providing oversight for task performance of client accounting solutions team members across multiple jurisdictions
Involvement in the preparation of consolidated financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis
Assisting with the budgeting process and monitoring staff workloads
Identifying opportunities to enhance and develop the service provided
Experience and skills required:
Qualified Accountant with a minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience and a particular emphasis on the real estate sector
Good working knowledge and understanding of the accounts preparation process in line with generally accepted accounting standards
Solution driven approach to problems
Ability to balance working within a team while also progressing autonomously, using own initiative to pioneer excellent client service
Excellent organisational and time management skills
