Play a key role in the continuing success of the claims function of a leading commercial business, supporting the Head of Claims Service to manage and lead the claims team in Jersey to deliver excellence and efficiency in claims handling.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the claims team to ensure service delivery targets are met
Acting as line Manager, including responsibility for managing behaviours and absence, including sickness and holidays
Coaching and giving guidance on the delivery of a market leading customer experience
Developing strong business relationships internally and externally
Supporting and encouraging change initiatives
Experience and skills required:
Previous management and leadership experience in a customer focused environment
Strong customer service skills
Good time management and organisational skills
