Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will take a proactive approach in providing administrative support, high-quality reporting and support with day-to-day project administration. You will also ensure timely and accurate information is provided to key stakeholders to enable effective decision making and supporting with tracking and maintenance of project information.

Responsibilities will include:
Preparing project performance and progress reports for submission to senior stakeholders
Providing support during the planning, design, testing and implementation of project delivery stages
Tracking project budgets and identified risks and comparing against defined project objectives
Documenting meeting minutes and actions
Scheduling meetings and issuing agenda packs as requested
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in project administration would be an advantage
Educated to minimum A level standard
Confident communication skills
Proactive and disciplined approach to tasks
Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
