A unique role providing programme and project management support for a variety of strategic continuous change projects.

As a Change Manager you will be involved in all stages of a project lifecycle and have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of different projects.

Ideally you will have previous project management or business analysis experience, be able to work well within a team and have previous people management experience.

This is a 3 year contract.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and managing assigned projects and ensuring delivery is within scope, budget and schedule 

  • Providing advice during the planning stage for projects and helping to define clear business objectives

  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders, discussing competing priorities and challenges in order to manage expectations 

  • Providing updates to colleagues about the progress of projects 

  • Supporting members outside of your team in order to help develop colleagues’ capabilities in designing and delivering change 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous project management and stakeholder management experience 

  • Good technical knowledge of project management methodologies, data analysis

  • Confident delivering presentations and liaising with stakeholders at each level
