Be a vital player in the development, coordination and implementation of communication plans designed to support the transformation of a well-regarded fiduciary business, on a 9 to 12 month contract.
Within this role you will build strong working relationships and engage with key sponsors, the senior leadership team and employees throughout the business, to communicate the progress of change initiatives. You will also ensure communication plans clearly align with business aims and strategic objectives.
Ideally you will have strong project management skills and previous communications experience within a professional services organisation. Reduced hours will also be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
Designing and delivering communication plans to drive change across the organisation, using a variety of different channels and tools
Working collaboratively with the change and communication team to ensure communication plans and key messages are aligned
Assisting with the creation of communication content which update employees on the progress of transformation initiatives
Designing an internal communications programme aimed at engaging employees impacted by strategic change initiatives
Developing a communications toolkit for leaders and managers to use
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within change communications, internal communications or PR
Previous exposure of change projects and supporting change projects
Copy writing experience, ideally within a financial or professional services business
Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
Strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
