A rewarding career opportunity for a Registered Care Home Manager, where you will be responsible for leading a team of home and community carers and be instrumental in driving the continued growth and development of the business.
Reporting to the Director of the business, you will be given full autonomy with the team’s overall management and assist with the measurement of team performance. You will ensure key performance indicators are being set and the highest standards of care are being met.

Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out staff performance management, training and inductions
Assisting HR with ongoing recruitment drives and staff retention
Supporting the ongoing development of bespoke client care packages
Keeping up to date with changes in industry and regulations, adapting processes and ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered in line with legal requirements
Collaboratively working with marketing to develop effective communications to build company brand
Monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts
Experience and skills required:
Be RQF/NVQ level 5 (or equivalent) professionally qualified
Previous experience working within the healthcare community
Commitment to providing a high-quality service
Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Clean driving licence
