Within this role you will provide support to the Jersey Group Country Head and the UK and Jersey operating team with long-term strategic planning, driving business change and implementing the business strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaboratively working with multiple business divisions to support the implementation of the business strategy
Driving high profile business change activities
Managing strategic planning activities throughout the project lifecycle
Ensuring compliance with the governance framework
Supporting various senior management committees by helping to drive agendas and manage action portfolios
Experience and skills required:
Previous risk management, business management or strategy consulting experience
A strong analytical mindset and the ability to deal with complex situations
Excellent problem solving skills
Good communication skills and persuasive presentation skills
Fast learner and ability to adapt to situations quickly
