Within this role you will help to design, develop and support the use of a new business process management (BPM) solution, leading the integration with core business applications and driving efficiency in all business areas and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities will include:
Being a key source of expertise on the implementation and utilisation of the BPM Solution
Liaising with all relevant stakeholders in the design, creating and testing of standardised workflows
Producing clear systems and integrations documentation
Carrying out process, application and data analysis across business applications
Working with the Development team to deliver application integration, data exchange and data migration across business applications
Experience and skills required:
Previous data analysis, system analysis, data management and planning experience
Experience of application integration tools and techniques, including a good understanding of information security and compliance processes, preferably in a fiduciary or financial services business
Knowledge of and experience with the following would be useful: NAVOne, iManage, Microsoft SQL/SSRS/SSIS, O365, SharePoint, Teams, PAXUS, Salesforce CRM; FinScan / Sentinel; application and data integration and automation particularly based on web services, Alteryx and UIPath
Ability to work logically and efficiently and self-motivation to tackle tasks independently where required
Excellent people skills to include a high level of integrity, strong written and oral communication skills
