Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will support the delivery of the business development and marketing plan for the Jersey investment funds team, ensuring subsequent business development activities are actioned during this maternity contract.
Ideally you will have previous marketing and business development experience within a funds services business, excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities will include:
Undertaking research and analysis on relevant internal and external data regarding current industry trends, to assist with business development planning
Implementing a key client, intermediary and target client listening programme to gain regular client feedback
Working with relevant fee earners to connect, reconnect and engage with key existing clients
Providing guidance and support to the funds area in relation to all business development and marketing activity, coordinating with other practice areas as required
Working with fee earners to target new clients and business opportunities, supporting major pitches
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ business development and marketing experience, ideally within funds or legal services
Ideally be degree qualified or hold the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
Demonstrable knowledge of marketing concepts and a strong commercial awareness
Good project management skills, ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and budgets
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
