Provide administrative and secretarial support to a highly regarded boutique law firm, tracking business development activities and building strong working relationships.
Using your excellent customer service skills, you will communicate via email, telephone and face to face to assist with queries. You will also help to arrange business development events. Previous business development experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Responsibilities will include:
Inputting and tracking business development activity
Assisting with the arrangement of business development events
Supporting onboarding for new clients and contacts
Undertaking market research
Managing diaries and travel arrangements
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience working within a law firm or professional services company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible and proactive approach to tasks
