Joining the newly formed business assurance team at Senior Manager level, you will lead the division and oversee reviews. You will also ensure the team performance is in line with agreed objectives and deliverables and deputise for the Head of Operations on any business assurance operational matters.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring appropriate risk mitigating actions are taken to minimise any identified risk
Accurately maintaining various risk and control registers
Assisting with the running of operational committee meetings
Supporting the management of the Jersey business assurance and review team
Deputising for the Head of Operations on any business assurance related matters
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role, at Senior Manager level
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Knowledge of the finance industry in Jersey
Excellent team management skills and experience
