Responsibilities will include:
Acting as technical lead for the business application team and providing technical support
Working collaboratively with IT service providers to diagnose and resolve problems
Building strong user relationships
Assisting internal and external developers with the development, enhancement and testing of business applications and issue resolution
Creating and providing training to staff on new and updated systems
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience within an information systems and technology environment
Hold relevant Microsoft qualifications and have an understanding of Microsoft Cloud Platform systems
Understand ITIL Foundation level and service transition
Knowledge of change management processes and delivery lifecycles
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
