Support the technology and change department in a well-regarded international provider of financial services on a 6 month contract.
As Business Analyst, you will work with the business to understand current business processes and develop future solutions to meet any identified potential future needs in relation to information and software systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is adaptable and versatile with previous business analysis experience, as well as having a proactive and disciplined approach to work.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaboratively working with different teams to understand the needs of various business departments
Undertaking requirement analysis to identify and suggest possible areas for strategic and operational improvements and changes
Documenting and developing business cases, including cost benefit analysis, and submitting to senior management for recommendations
Creating and maintaining process documentation for areas of change identified
Supporting project implementation, including planning and monitoring
Experience and skills required:
Hold a recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2
Previous business analysis experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of Microsoft office 2010 and business modelling techniques
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
