Responsibilities will include:
Acting as a trusted advisor and liaising between system users, technical teams and senior management
Understanding the needs of the business and communicating how changes in technology and business processes can support business needs
Identifying potential improvements, testing, and implementing any changes
Acting as a key point for contact for third party suppliers, technical teams and internal stakeholders during internal projects
Delivering and supporting operational processes and procedures, providing training where necessary
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience using project and analysis techniques and creating documentation
Experience in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and analysis
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Ability to build strong trust with stakeholders and communicate clearly
Knowledge of project lifecycles
