An offshore law firm offering a challenging, stimulating and supportive environment whilst recognising contribution and rewarding performance, is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects and change initiatives ranging from systems-focused projects to people and HR focused projects. You will also provide support with the implementation of the business’ technology programme, ensuring business needs are understood and gathered.

Responsibilities will include:
Documenting and mapping operational processes including conducting interviews and gaining process approvals
Ensuring business requirements are fully developed and documented
Acting as central point for business analysis activities for third party suppliers, technical teams and stakeholders
Providing assistance and support for the definition of the operational processes and procedures
Assisting the business to produce workarounds where requirements cannot be met fully
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
Good knowledge of project and analysis techniques
Excellent interpersonal, interviewing and presentation skills
Knowledge of analyst frameworks, business processes and business requirements methodologies
Ability to build strong working relationships
