As Business Advisory Manager, you will manage a team of Accountants, ensuring the team is effectively resourced and demonstrates a commitment to delivering a quality client service.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all the planning, co-ordinating and reviewing of work in an assigned portfolio
Conducting team appraisals, collecting feedback and identifying any training needs
Assisting with the recruitment process
Monitoring time charged to clients, conducting quality control monitoring and ensuring targets are met
Supporting the Director in setting department budgets and fee levels
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years accounting experience, including experience managing a varied client base
Hold a relevant professional accounting qualification
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of current accounting regulations and issues
Proven client handling experience and the ability to recruit, develop and motivate a team
Excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills
