Responsibilities will include:
Updating and maintaining bookkeeping ledgers from source documents for clients
Reconciling client bank accounts, in house accounting systems and client loan balances
Maintaining client expenses, accruals, prepayments and fixed asset schedules
Assisting in the preparation of basic financial statements and management accounts
Preparing audit related breakdowns and dealing with external audit queries
Liaising with property managers, custodians and banks to obtain client information
Experience and skills required:
Previous bookkeeping experience or experience working within an accounting environment
Self-motivated individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Committed to achieving excellence for yourself, the team and clients
A background in private wealth/trust/real estate environment would be advantageous but not essential
