Be part of a diverse workforce, supporting the provision of excellent governance services and coordinating the collaboration between suppliers, boards, groups and forums.
Within this role you will provide support for a range of groups, coordinating meetings, circulating minutes and collaboratively communicating with secretaries in other departments.
Ideally you with have previous company secretarial/governance experience with strong organisational skills and confident communication skills.
This is a 3 year contract.
Responsibilities will include:
Planning and preparing documentation for meetings and recording action points for follow up
Liaising with various Group Chairs to plan meetings
Coordinating any escalations or notifications between board/groups/forums
Providing advice to group members and staff on governance matters
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of accuracy
Ability to plan and organise a busy workload
