As Audit Manager, you will be in charge of a portfolio of clients, managing the full cycle of your audit engagements. You will be actively involved in coaching, supporting, developing and managing energetic, diverse and high performing teams.
Responsibilities will include:
Planning, budgeting and organising client audits
Delivering a high quality client service, identifying and solving problems and addressing queries and concerns
Reviewing the work undertaken by the audit teams
Acting to resolve issues which prevent effective team working
Developing a perspective on key global trends and how they impact the firm and clients
Coaching others and encouraging them to take ownership of their development
Experience and skills required:
Previous relevant experience as an Audit Manager within financial services
Qualified Accountant with minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience, ideally from a Big 4 or medium-tier firm
Strong grasp of business and technical issues and industry trends
Ability to communicate clearly at all levels with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships
Passion for client service, be innovative and solutions orientated and able to work collaboratively
