As Audio Secretary, you will provide an accurate and efficient typing and administration support service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an accurate typing service (from the digital dictation system) and preparing correspondence​

  • Preparing legal documents​

  • Opening and closing new cases as instructed by the litigation team​

  • Carrying out general office administration duties, such as photocopying, scanning and saving documents to an e-filing system

  • Preparing invoices and credit notes​

Experience and skills required:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail​

  • Proactive and disciplined approach to tasks​

  • Ability to learn and work with core systems​

  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills​
