Responsibilities will include:
Providing advice to owners, lenders, tenants, buyers and developers on all aspects of commercial property sales
Building strong working relationships
Working collaboratively with the finance and corporate teams to advise on the acquisition and disposal of businesses and real estate developments
Experience and skills required:
Previous property law experience
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
