Working at the heart of this international organisation, you will play an integral role in leading the development of the debt capital team, making a real difference whilst leading a culture of exceptional client service. You will have responsibility for growing client relationships, assisting with business development and reviewing regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities will include:
Acting as Director for allocated clients and securitisation transactions
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and intermediaries, including Lawyers, Auditors, Custodians and Bankers
Ensuring a high standard of client service is delivered at all times and monitoring performance on a regular basis
Keeping up to date with any changes in regulatory requirements and legislation
Developing and leading business development activities
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate administration and/or loan agency services
Excellent technical knowledge of handling securitisation transactions and the Jersey finance regulatory landscape
Strong management and influencing skills
Committed to achieving excellent for themselves, clients and their team
Good relationship building skills
