As a Senior Manager/Associate Director, you will be a role model for all of the staff across the business, knowing how to build an effective team by fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively, instilling trust through honesty, integrity and sincerity.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day to day team management, including reviewing work prepared and carrying our performance appraisals
Building strong working relationships with clients
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, service standards and company policies and procedures
Experience and skills required:
Extensive private wealth experience, including experience at a Senior Manager/Associate Director level
ICSA or STEP qualified, or equivalent
Ideally a member of a relevant professional institute
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
