Be part of the senior management team in the UK regulated services unit of a growing independently owned business, driving the values of the group and providing regulatory advice to the business and clients.
Supporting Directors and Managers, you will help to manage, supervise and develop a regulatory services team to ensure a first class service is delivered to a broad range of private equity and real estate fund clients.
You will also play a key role in strategy planning, measuring performance and developing relationships with existing and potential new clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the overall strategy, structure and growth of the business unit
Administering a portfolio of complex high profile and multinational clients and acting as a primary relationship contact
Monitoring team performance and ensuring a quality service is delivered to clients at all times
Acting as a higher authority on technical client specific matters and providing guidance
Keeping up to date with changes and trends in the UK regulatory environment
Experience and skills required:
Hold a Level 6 qualification and a recognised professional qualification (legal, accounting, company secretarial or surveying)
FCA approved person or SMF 3
Minimum 10 years’ relevant industry experience
Detailed understanding and knowledge of the UK regulatory environment
Previous people management experience
