As Associate Director, you will oversee the regulatory reporting team and in-house company secretarial team, supporting the implementation of operational and regulatory activities and training. You will also help to track new regulatory developments, to ensure compliance with requirements at all times.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the implementation of projects, controls and policies and procedures
Implementing measures to track the development of regulatory matters, to enable quick response
Managing policies and procedures and all associated governance and operational tasks
Developing training on core legislative and regulatory matters
Managing the development, resourcing and performance of the operations team
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience within a similar role
Good knowledge of FATCA, CRS and other regulatory legislation
Proactive approach to identify ways to use systems to automate reporting and data analysis
Corporate governance experience and an understanding of risk mitigation
Excellent leadership and management skills
