A highly regarded professional services firm, is currently seeking a professional with in-depth knowledge of the Jersey regulatory regime to join their team.
This is an exciting time to join this company and shape and support the growth of their new consultancy business. Supporting the Director of Consulting and collaborating with colleagues across the company, you will be directly involved in building a regulatory and compliance consulting business.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Director to build a profitable regulatory and compliance consulting business
Assisting in the delivery of the company’s vision and strategy
Providing technical advice on products and services to clients, as well as coaching and mentoring to other team members
Maintaining the governance and reporting framework, ensuring it is in line with best practice for the industry
Supporting business development and client mandate proposals
Keeping up to date with business and regulatory changes
Experience and skills required:
Educated to at least degree level (or equivalent), ideally in accounting, law or business management
An in-depth knowledge of the Jersey regulatory regime is essential and experience of other jurisdictions would be desirable
A desire to build and maintain technical skills and expertise
Proven commercial acumen, with the ability to maximise organisational and financial effectiveness whilst managing risk
Previous experience of being a consultant would be an advantage
