As Associate Director, you will be responsible for a portfolio of high profile and multinational clients, whilst also contributing to initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the overall strategy, structure and growth of your business unit

  • Providing excellent levels of client service in line with company standards, procedures and guidelines

  • Ensuring strong financial performance of the team, monitoring team billing, work in progress and debtor management

  • Developing, enhancing and maintaining business relationships with a focus on client retention

  • Developing and upholding a positive, strong, commercial and compliant culture within your business unit

Experience and skills required:

  • Extensive experience within financial services

  • Comprehensive and detailed understanding and knowledge of the local finance industry legislation and regulatory requirements 

  • Excellent understanding of client financial statements

  • People management experience

  • Strategic and commercial approach to business development
