Working at the heart of this international organisation, you will play an integral role in the private wealth team, making a real difference whilst leading a culture of exceptional client service. You will have responsibility for achieving financial targets, regulatory compliance, growing client relationships, and business development. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the administration of the more complex requirements of a large private wealth portfolio, working closely with the Director and Managers in the team 

  • Acting as the higher authority on day-to-day administration queries and as 4-eyes signatory 

  • Reviewing complex transactions to support board decisions and providing technical support 

  • Acting as a Director of various client companies, with a particular focus on private wealth 

  • Assisting with new business enquiries and business development opportunities 

  • Supervising and assisting in the training and development of staff

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in private wealth services 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICSA or STEP 

  • Previous experience in managing private wealth engagements and acting as a Director on the boards of private wealth clients 

  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels in the business 

  • Committed and driven to achieve excellent for the team, themselves and clients
